credits for 90 contact hours. In addition to Spanish language students can choose from a range of courses mostly taught in English including art\/science, biology, film, gender studies, history, law, marketing, mathematics, science, sociology. A few courses are taught in Spanish. Students wishing to take these courses should have completed 4 semesters of college-level Spanish. Courses are recommended for 3 credits each. A background on this specified field is not required. For this reason not only the main artistic events will be covered, but also some political, historical and cultural issues that might be relevant. Although this course is manly based on lectures and class debate, four visits to art centers and exhibitions will be also part of the course requirements. These visits will be made during class time and are equivalent to a usual in-class lecture. We will discuss recent classics as well as emerging artists, and we will cover a wide range of artistic practices, from photography to afterpop music, including installation art, performance art and comic art. On the one hand, connected with freedom of establishment and taking into account new trends regarding the pervasive effects of ESG purposes on distribution networks and corporate governance. On the other hand, related to the way business organizations are due to develop their commercial practices in the market, as required by a general principle of fairness. Particular attention will be paid additionally to relevant issues referred to existence of competition, looking at the particularities of the digital markets. Finally it will considered the frame enacted at EU level for the restructuring of business organizations facing insolvency. Still, analysts and decision-makers who successfully build analytics solutions are often left with a \u201cNow what?\u201d question. Prescriptive analytics translates the insights from machine learning and statistical models into actions that produce an optimal real-world impact. It answers questions such as: \u201cHow to allocate a healthcare budget to reduce wait times?\u201d; \u201cHow to route vehicles to deliver thousands of parcels at a low cost and on time?\u201d; \u201cHow to purchase electricity to ensure that cheap, clean power is available when needed?\u201d. In this last example, descriptive and predictive models could forecast electricity prices, supply and demand; a prescriptive model will then build an actionable purchasing plan using the predictions to procure renewable energy at the lowest expected cost. Lectures and class discussions will examine the evolution of EU migration and border management policies. Particular attention will be paid to ongoing processes of externalization and privatization of border management, and its impact in the changing geopolitical interaction between the EU and its neighborhood. In this course, we\u2019ll explore these questions by delving into the multifaceted nature of creativity to help you understand and uncover your innate creative potential. We\u2019ll start by taking a look at what creativity is, its different types, and how the concept has evolved throughout history. We\u2019ll analyze how creativity is measured and uncover what the standard tests for creativity can teach us about what it means to be creative. Then we\u2019ll study the creative process and how it works from a psychological and scientific perspective, and learn hacks and strategies for maximizing your brain\u2019s innate creative potential. Finally, we\u2019ll examine and debunk the most prevailing myths surrounding the creative process and creative individuals and address the most common blocks to creativity and how to overcome them. part of the AIFS Abroad application for semester programs, you will complete a Course Approval Form, which will be signed off by your study abroad office staff and\/or faculty at your case, we recommend getting additional courses approved in case you need to change courses while abroad.<br><br>Overseas universities do not use the credit system employed by American institutions. Grading may involve exams, papers, individual projects, class discussion or some combination of these. Although academic institutions abroad may grade on a variety of scales, admissions counselors and registrars at U.S. institutions are familiar with international grading systems and can convert grades.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\t<div class=\"block-card\">\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\t<div class=\"block-card__content\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-course-selection\">Course Selection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AIFS Abroad Program Advisors are available to assist you in the process. The following procedure is recommended:<br><br>Read course descriptions for the selected program and select courses. Obtain approval from your academic or study abroad advisor for the preliminary courses selected. Final approval of credit transfer for completed courses is at the discretion of the Registrar or appropriate official at the home institution. Students must ascertain that courses taken meet their individual academic program requirements.
